Package and daily price
The Personal Travel Assistant package costs 20 USD per calendar service day. It includes a dedicated Personal Travel Assistant, 24/7 WhatsApp assistance and call assistance during the selected service dates, plus advice, research, provider enquiries and coordination for approved car rental, hotel, restaurant and experience arrangements in Morocco.
Both the start date and last date are paid service days. Service begins at 00:00 on the start date and runs until the close of the last date, in Africa/Casablanca time. For example, seven selected calendar days cost 140 USD. Calendar-day counting is not a rolling 24-hour period from payment time. The package is a one-time purchase, not a subscription.
Booking and acceptance
The booking page displays the selected dates, day count and total Personal Travel Assistant price before checkout. Customers acknowledge these terms, the refund policy and privacy notice. The server recalculates the total; a displayed return page does not confirm payment. A booking is paid only when payment is verified and stored.
The form accepts future service dates and up to 365 days per booking. Payment-card data is handled by hosted checkout and is not requested or stored by this website. Approved promotional discounts, if used, are reflected in the amount actually paid and refunded proportionately across service days.
Assistant scope and independent providers
Your assistant helps arrange the services you request within lawful travel assistance and coordination. Provider availability, prices, rules and confirmation remain outside our control. Requests need your approval and the provider’s confirmation. We do not operate vehicles, hotels, restaurants or activities.
Rental prices, accommodation charges, restaurant bills, activities, taxes charged by providers and provider deposits are separate from the assistant fee. Pay the independent provider directly under its disclosed agreement. The assistant service does not include emergency assistance, visas, insurance, unlawful services or guaranteed supplier availability.
Cancellation and refunds
A cancellation requested at least 24 hours before the service start qualifies for a full refund with no cancellation charge. If you are not happy once service starts, cancel at any time and receive a full refund for remaining paid days that have not begun. The current calendar day and earlier days are not counted as remaining days.
Requests less than 24 hours before the start are reviewed by the team while that prestart case is finalised; no unprovided penalty is assumed. Your private booking view shows eligible days and the refund amount before confirmation. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Private booking access and customer information
The private booking link is an order-specific access credential. Anyone holding it can view and cancel that order, so do not share it publicly. Save it securely or retain it in the browser’s local booking history. If lost, contact the team with your purchase email and reference for identity-checked assistance.
Provide accurate details and a reachable WhatsApp/call number with a country code. Do not submit card details, identity-document copies, passwords or medical records through the notes field.
