Information collected

Enquiries collect contact details, trip preferences, requested days and a message. Bookings collect your name, email, WhatsApp/call number, service dates, notes, selected days, terms/privacy acknowledgements and timestamps. Purchase records include the payment-session and payment-intent identifiers needed for verified fulfilment and refunds; full card numbers, security codes and expiry dates are never stored by this application.

The private booking access token is stored only as a cryptographic hash in the application database. The full private link is available only to the customer; checkout return URLs contain the non-sensitive order reference, not the private access credential. Local browser storage retains private links for the device’s booking history; keep your browser and links secure.

Use and sharing

Information is used to process and verify bookings, provide assistance, coordinate approved requests, manage refunds and answer enquiries. Hosting, payment and configured transactional-email providers process data needed for these purposes. No marketing subscription is created.

Order and enquiry notifications are addressed to [email protected], and order confirmations can be addressed to the buyer. Notifications are queued until the runtime sender and email provider are configured; the site does not claim unsent emails were delivered. Details are not automatically sent to travel providers; appropriate authority and notice must precede coordination-related sharing.

Technical data and cookies

HTTPS, input validation, limited request sizes and rate limits help protect the website, without guaranteeing security. Hosting may process request metadata. No advertising pixels or non-essential analytics have been added. Essential hosting/preview features may use technical storage. Hosted fonts/images and development diagnostics can process request metadata.

Retention and requests

Contact [email protected] to discuss access, correction or deletion, using your reference where possible. Do not send sensitive identity documents unsolicited. Payment-related records may need retention for service, dispute or legal purposes; the detailed retention schedule and applicable international-processing requirements still need final legal and operational review.
