When assistance is available

The package includes a 24/7 dedicated Personal Travel Assistant, 24/7 WhatsApp assistance and call assistance for your purchased dates. Each day is a Morocco calendar day (Africa/Casablanca). Coverage begins at 00:00 on the start date and ends at the close of the inclusive last date, unless you cancel the remaining service.

The Personal Travel Assistant price is 20 USD per selected Morocco calendar day. There is no recurring subscription. For test-mode checkout, payment and fulfilment are test-only, not a live service commitment.

What the assistant helps arrange

Your Personal Travel Assistant provides advice, research, provider enquiries and practical itinerary coordination for car rental, hotels, restaurants and experiences in Morocco. These are support areas within one assistant service, not separate travel products sold by Maroc Mobility. WhatsApp and calls are the included assistance channels; providers confirm any reservation.

24/7 availability does not guarantee an instant response or a particular supplier outcome. The assistant service is not emergency assistance. Providers must confirm their availability, prices and reservations and supply the underlying travel or dining service.

After payment

Use My bookings to check verified payment status, confirm your service dates and keep your private access link. Contact Maroc Mobility with the reference to coordinate your assistance. Returning from checkout alone is not evidence of payment.

Purchase confirmations and operator notifications are queued for transactional delivery when the runtime email sender is configured. The current website does not falsely claim an automatic email was sent. If needed, use the displayed contacts and private booking view.

What is separate

Car rental charges, stays, restaurant bills, tickets, activities and provider deposits are paid separately to the independent provider. The package purchases assistant availability, not travel inventory, insurance or a prepaid provider deposit.
