At least 24 hours before the start

Request cancellation at least 24 hours before 00:00 on your service start date in Morocco time (Africa/Casablanca). You receive a full refund of the Personal Travel Assistant service amount paid, with no cancellation charge or refund administration fee.

Not happy once the service starts?

You may cancel at any time. You receive a full refund of all remaining paid service days that have not begun at the time your cancellation request is recorded. The current calendar day and earlier days are already-started days, not remaining days. No cancellation charge is deducted.

If you bought seven days at 20 USD/day and cancel during day three, days four through seven are remaining days: four days, refunded at 80 USD. If a promotional discount was applied, the refund uses each remaining day’s allocated actual paid value rather than an undiscounted amount.

The 24-hour prestart window

For requests made less than 24 hours before the service start, contact the team for review until this policy case is finalised. The website does not invent a forfeiture, cancellation charge or non-refundable first day.

How to request cancellation

Use your private booking link to open My bookings. Review the remaining days and refundable amount, then explicitly confirm cancellation. If online access is unavailable, email [email protected] or call +18017708484 with your booking reference to request assistance.

A refund marked processing is not yet a completed bank credit. A failed request is not shown as refunded and can be retried. Confirmed refunds are returned through the original payment; bank posting times vary. No specific bank-processing deadline is promised.

Provider payments and rights

Amounts paid directly to hotels, car rental companies, restaurants or experience providers are separate. Their own cancellation/refund terms and applicable law govern those services; an assistant-service refund does not automatically cancel or refund a provider booking.

Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected. Test bookings use test funds only. General enquiries do not charge you and can be withdrawn without a fee.
