At least 24 hours before service starts: request a full refund with no cancellation charge.
Not happy once service is underway? Cancel at any time and receive a full refund for all remaining paid days that have not begun.
Already-started days are not counted as remaining days. Requests less than 24 hours before the start are reviewed by the team until that policy case is finalised.
